Where is the meeting point?
There are 2 departures every day from Neptune Fountain (check the calendar for times). Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your tour departure time in order to redeem your booking confirmation voucher with one of the Big Bus staff.

How far in advance should you arrive at the meeting point?
You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 5–15. Children under 4 may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
No, the bus tour is not wheelchair accessible.
