What is the child ticket policy?
Child tickets are available for ages 3–12. Infants aged 2 and under ride free. All children under 16 must be with an adult. Strollers must be folded on board.
When does the tour run?
Daily, except 29 January (Miami Marathon). Closures due to events or weather are posted online.
Do I need to pick a travel date?
Yes. Select your first day at booking. If your ticket includes extras or spans multiple days, follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
Is commentary available in my language?
Audio commentary is available in English, Spanish, French, German & Portuguese.
Can I bring drinks on board?
Only water and soft drinks. Alcohol is not allowed.
Are buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes - the lower deck is wheelchair accessible (up to 650 lbs). Upper deck is not. Attraction access may vary.
What are the bus hours?
Buses run 9:00 am–4:00 pm every 30 minutes. Start at any stop — popular ones include Bayside Marketplace, South Beach & Wynwood

How do I access and activate my ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours mobile app (iOS or Android), tap “Add Booking” and input your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket in the app and tap “Activate” to begin the 24‑hour validity.
How do I redeem the bike rental offer?
Present your activated bus ticket at the partner bike rental location at 1401 Washington Ave, Miami Beach (10‑minute walk from the Soundscape Park stop) between 9:00 am–8:00 pm. Offer valid while your bus ticket is active; user must be 18+ and helmet/basket/map not included.
