Sightseeing Cruise
Simply redeem your e-voucher at the Circle Line cruises sightseeing both on Pier 83 at least 30 minutes prior to your preferred cruise departure time. After a brief security check you'll be all aboard! Departures are daily from Pier 83 on West 42nd St and 12th Ave.
What is the child ticketing policy?
Children aged 3–12 require a child ticket. Children aged 2 and under can travel free. All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Which days do the tours operate?
Big Bus Tours New York operates every day except Thanksgiving (November 24) and New Year's Eve (December 31). Occasionally severe weather and special event days could affect service.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes - select your first travel date at checkout. Your 48-hour pass must be used on consecutive days.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes - 100% of the Big Bus NYC fleet is wheelchair accessible. Please contact the team 48 hours in advance for special accommodations.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your ticket (printed or on a device) to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity period of your ticket.

What languages is the tour commentary available in?
The pre‑recorded commentary is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Italian. Complimentary headphones are provided when you board the bus.
