Important information
When does the Night Tour run?
This experience operates on select days between 28 Nov–30 Nov 2025, 5–14 Dec 2025, and 19 Dec 2025–6 Jan 2026. It does not run on 24th December.
How do I activate my ticket?
Simply show your printed or digital ticket to a member of staff at Stop 1 or on board. They will provide you with a ticket to join the Christmas Tour.
In what languages is the commentary available?
Commentary is available in eight languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and Russian. Complimentary headphones are provided when you board.
What is the child policy?
Child tickets are available for children aged 5 to 15. Children aged 4 and under can travel free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.
How can I request a refund?
Refund requests can be made through the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form at bigbustours.com/contactVIE.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Most of our buses are wheelchair accessible, though we are unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs. Please contact us for further details if needed.
What time does the tour start?
Check-in is at 4:15 PM at Stop #1 (Albertina). The tour departs at 4:30 PM sharp and returns around 7:30 PM.
Is the tour guided throughout?
Yes, an English-speaking guide is onboard the bus. The Christmas Market and Imperial Lights walk are self-guided.
