When does the Night Tour run?
The tour operates daily from Stop 1 (Opera). It departs at 18:00 from April to December, and at 17:00 from January to March. Please note that this is not a hop-on, hop-off tour.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Simply show your printed or mobile ticket to a member of staff at Stop 1 or on board. They will provide you with a ticket to join the Night Tour
In what languages is the commentary available?
Commentary is available in 9 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese and Russian. Complimentary headphones are provided when you board.

What is the child policy?
Child tickets are available for children aged 5 to 15. Children aged 4 and under can travel free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Most of our buses are wheelchair accessible, though we are unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs. Please contact us for further details if needed.
Can I bring my dog on the bus?
Yes, dogs are permitted if they are muzzled and leashed. Only one dog per bus is allowed, and it must not exceed knee height.
