Berlin Combo Bus + River Cruise

Yes –we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.

Download the Big Bus Tours app, add your booking reference, and press ‘Activate’ on the day of travel. Show the activated ticket to the driver to board. If you can’t activate via the app, show your printed ticket or QR code to staff to receive a paper ticket.

A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our buses are wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access to all vehicles within the fleet. There is space for one wheelchair per bus (unless the second customer is able to transfer to a fixed seat, in which case a second wheelchair can be accommodated in a fixed position). We do have some restrictions in place due to weight and stability, and advise that we do not carry mobility scooters. We also may not be able to accommodate larger wheelchairs for the same reason. The maximum weight allowed on the ramp is 300kg, which is the weight of the wheelchair when occupied. The wheelchair also cannot exceed the width of the designated wheelchair seating area. To avoid any disappointment, we would be happy to confirm in advance whether the wheelchair can be accommodated on board, and would ask you to send an email to infoberlin@bigbustours.com including a photograph of the wheelchair, as well as an indication of the width and weight of the chair. The Red Route showcases the highlights of Berlin, including the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and so much more. On the Blue Route you see more of Berlin's trendy eastern districts including the famous East Side Gallery. There are 20 stops in total where you can hop on and off your tour, as many times as you wish. Each stop has been selected because it provides convenient access to an attraction or place of interest. And of course, you're welcome to stay on board for the entire tour loop and let us take you for a scenic spin. Discover a different view of Berlin on a cruise on the river Spree! This ticket includes admission to a one-hour "City-Spreefahrt" Cruise with our partner BWSG. Cruises depart at the BWSG "Alte Börse" stop, located at Burgstrasse 27, near the Museumsinsel bus stop. Please redeem/exchange your ticket with BWSG staff before boarding the boat. You can find the boat departure point on our printed map or through the Big Bus App.
