Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all buses are equipped with ramps and have space for one wheelchair. Larger or heavier chairs may require prior confirmation.
What is the child ticket policy?
Children aged 5–15 need a child ticket. Kids 4 and under travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
When does the Evening Tour depart?
The Evening Tour departs at 6:00 PM from Stop #1 Alexanderplatz (Alexanderstrasse 3-5). Arrive early to secure your seat!
How do I get the souvenir bag?
Show your Explore Ticket at a MUDDASTADT store at Berlin TV Tower (Panoramastrasse 1), Stop #1 (Alexanderplatz), or Unter den Linden 80 (Stop #4) to redeem.
Is the Evening Tour included in the 48-hour time window?
Yes — your Evening Tour must be taken within the 48-hour ticket validity after activation.
How do I redeem my Currywurst voucher?
Show your ticket to a Big Bus staff member to receive a printed voucher. Redeem at Curry Wolf near Stop #4 or Stop #10.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. You’ll be asked to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus when booking.
