How do I activate my ticket?
Download the Big Bus app, add your booking, and tap “Activate” on your travel day. Show the active ticket to the driver. Printed QR tickets are also accepted.
What’s the child ticket policy?
Child tickets apply to ages 3–12. Children aged 2 and under ride free. All guests 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to specify a travel date?
Yes, you'll choose your first day of travel at checkout. Bus tours must be used on consecutive days. The Celebrity Homes minibus requires a pre-booked time.
Is this accessible for wheelchairs?
The hop-on, hop-off buses offer ADA-accessible vehicles upon request (48 hrs notice needed). The Celebrity Homes minibus is not accessible.
How can I request a refund?
If you booked directly with Big Bus Tours, please request your refund via the Big Bus Tours App or the enquiry form on our website. If you booked through a third-party partner, please contact the original provider to arrange your refund.
Where does the Celebrity Homes Tour go?
You’ll cruise through exclusive Hollywood neighborhoods, past celebrity homes and filming locations, with a scenic photo stop at Universal City Overlook.
How long is the Celebrity Homes Tour and when does it run?
The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and departs daily at 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:00 PM. All tours depart from Stop #1 – Big Bus Visitor Center (6763 Hollywood Blvd). Please arrive 15 minutes early.
