Where can I start my tour?
You can start from any stop. Main starting points include Stop 1 (Big Bus Visitor Center, Hollywood Blvd), Stop 5 (West Hollywood), and Stop 11 (Paramount Studios).
What are the tour hours?
The Hollywood Loop runs from 10:00am to 4:30pm, with buses every 30–45 minutes. The Beach Loop has 5–6 scheduled departures daily starting from 10:30am at Beverly Gardens Park and 11:15am at Santa Monica Pier.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but not all buses are accessible. If you require an ADA vehicle or special accommodation, contact the operator at least 48 hours in advance.
How do I activate my digital ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours app, add your booking, and tap ‘Activate’ on your travel day. Show your active ticket to board. If you can’t activate the app, show your printed QR code to staff for a paper ticket.
