Where does this tour start and end?
The tour departs from and returns to the Hard Rock Café at 6801 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. Please check in at the TMZ kiosk inside.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your tour (subject to availability) if you contact the operator at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. In the rare event the tour is cancelled before departure, guests may choose to reschedule, receive credit, or request a full refund.

When does the tour operate?
Tours run every Friday at 7:30 PM, and Saturday at 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
